I had an issue with mid address and a lost package but the customer service staff was wonderful. I emailed and they responded quickly and thoroughly every time!!! They were able to resend me the product and I received it in time for Christmas. It was a great experience!!!

My daughter loves her sweatshirt and loves the message is shows in middle school, FAITH. My only complaint is that it shedded a lot of blue pieces of fabric onto her tank top and bra underneath the first time she wore it. My suggestion would be to have the sweatshirt go through a prewash prior, other than that, it is great and she loves it. We would buy another sweatshirt for sure and would recommend!!
